Additional Pre-setup Charge per day is 75,000 fee. Organisers allowed free one-day pre-event setup. Trash must be collected by 8:00 AM and tents and structures removed by 12:00 noon the day following event.
Other Payment Terms:
- Numbers of pax to be verified at event. A leeway of 20 pax shall be accepted; additional numbers above that to be charged at 1,000/= p.p. for Amani & 750/= for KFEET,and 500/= for Karura Gardens exclusive of VAT.
- Caution Fee: 25% of ground fee (forfeited if above conditions not met).
- Security Charge : Kes. 1,500 per person deployed
- A 50% Deposit of estimated cost must be paid on signing of Service Agreement to confirm booking. Balance of 50% to be paid not less than 14 days before event. The above charges are Exclusive of 16% VAT
