JOB DESCRPIPTION

Overall Function

The Office assistant officer is responsible to all membership and Data to ensure the database system is up to date, correct, available and safe for all our members.

 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

 

1.Membership Management.

a)     Processing forest annual pass applications and renewals.

b)    Ensure new memberships are done on time.

c)     Inform and follow up on those whose membership and annual passes are about to expire.

d)    Recruiting new FKF members.

e)     Assisting in Handling all questions, information requests, and complaints regarding membership registration.

f)     Coordinate with other staff to have proper information at the gates point at all times on membership.

g)     Prepare Monthly reports on membership.

h)     Liaison with FKF membership subcommittee.

i)      Assist in inspiring new supporters to raise money, while maintaining and developing relationships with existing supporters.

 

 

Key Performance Indicators

a)     Staff are updated.

b)     Reports are on time.

c)     Updated Membership data base.

d)    Ensure all members are engaged and informed.

e)     Ensure that the membership committee receives updates on event results, plans and opportunities monthly.

 

2.Dog registration

a)     Assisting in Handling all questions, information requests, and complaints regarding dog registration.

b)    Processing dog tag applications and renewals and ensure they are collected.

c)     Maintain and update the dog database.

d)    Updating staff at the gates on the changes if any on registrations rules, or dogs that have been barred from coming to the forest.

Must Have

  • Bachelor Degree or Higher
  • Passion for software products
  • Perfect written English
  • Highly creative and autonomous
  • Valid work permit for Belgium

Nice to have

  • Experience in writing online content
  • Additional languages
  • Google Adwords experience
  • Strong analytical skills
